We're Hiring

We're a small team building tools for millions of deploys per month.

Ship code. Not excuses. We're looking for builders, problem solvers, and people who care deeply about developer experience.

Built by engineers, for engineers.

We believe in asynchronous communication, high leverage work, and a culture that trusts you to ship. No "management by walking around" here.

Remote-First

We don't have an HQ. We have distributed talent across 12 time zones. You choose where you work, as long as you deliver results.

Async-First

Meetings are scheduled for a reason, not just to fill the calendar. We document everything in public repositories so context is never lost.

Competitive Equity

We offer meaningful equity packages because we want you to own a piece of the future of deployment automation.

Learning Budget

$2,000 per year to spend on books, conferences, courses, or hardware. We believe in constant upskilling.

Home Office Stipend

A $1,500 setup budget for a new monitor, chair, or desk setup to ensure you're comfortable while you code.

People who actually use the tools they build.

Launchpad engineering team meeting

The Squad

We're currently 18 strong, distributed globally. We value impact over hours logged. We don't do crunch time.

Engineering Led

The CEO and CTO are both former engineers. We speak the same language. If you have a technical concern, we listen.

Obsessive About UX

We know what a bad CI/CD UI looks like. We built Launchpad to be the antithesis of that experience.

Join the mission.

We're looking for talent across the stack. If you don't see a role that fits, we still want to hear from you.

Senior Backend Engineer

No surprise interviews.

We believe transparency builds trust. Here is what you can expect when you apply.

We aim for a total time commitment of about 4 hours. It typically includes a 30-minute culture fit call, a 60-minute live code exercise, and a 30-minute system design discussion.
For technical roles, we generally prefer a live coding session over a take-home to save your time and ours. You'll be asked to build a small feature or fix a bug in a sandboxed environment.
We try to respond to every application within 48 hours. If we're interested, we'll schedule the first screen within a week.

"Launchpad is the first CI/CD tool that actually feels like a modern SaaS."

"The onboarding was seamless. I went from 'I don't know this tool' to 'I can ship a release in 5 minutes'. It's a game changer for our small team."

Sarah Jenkins
DevOps Lead, Fintech Co

"Finally, a platform that doesn't require a PhD to read the logs. Launchpad's observability features saved us during our last incident."

David Chen
Senior Engineer, SaaS Startup
