Pipeline Runner latency spike

Impact: Build times increased by 300% for roughly 20 minutes.
Root Cause: Temporary CPU contention on the us-east-1a runner pool due to a scheduled maintenance window on a third-party dependency.
Resolution: Autoscaling added additional capacity immediately. Latency returned to baseline within 5 minutes.

October 20, 2023 — 09:30 UTC Resolved

Log streaming retention limit

Impact: New builds were failing with a storage quota error.
Root Cause: A configuration drift issue caused the retention policy to be set to 24 hours instead of 30 days.
Resolution: Configuration corrected via automated remediation. Logs from the affected period are currently being restored from backup snapshots.
